Following an approval for a dwellinghouse to support an equestrian centre, a Certificate of Lawfulness has been obtained to provide our client with the reassurance that providing a mobile home annexe as ancillary accommodation for their elderly parents would be lawful. This has provided our client with the security that they can still care for their parents whilst not impacting upon the equestrian centre.
