Retrospective Householder and Listed Building Consent Granted

Following an investigation by the Council’s Planning Enforcement Team, Bloomfields were instructed to prepare applications for Householder and Listed Building consent to regularise works carried out to a curtilage listed building that were not in accordance with previous consents obtained for its conversion into a single residential dwelling.

Bloomfields successfully demonstrated that the works undertaken were acceptable in planning policy terms and did not harm the setting or significance of the nearby Grade II listed building nor the special and historic interest of the building itself and householder and Listed Building consent was subsequently granted by the Council without delay.
