After they moved to the site, our clients sought to graze their horses together with sheep on longstanding agricultural land. Bloomfields subsequently submitted an application to change the use of the land to a mixed agricultural and equestrian use and erect the associated boundary treatment. The local authority subsequently accepted that the change of use of land would not result in harm to the openness of the metropolitan green belt and granted permission.
