Bloomfields are pleased to have obtained full planning consent for the erection of a sand school and associated L-shaped stable building, providing three stables, a tack room and a spacious feed and bedding store. This allowed our applicants and their children to practise, exercise and care for their horses within walking distance of their home, and pursue their passion in competing at both county and national level.
In obtaining consent, Bloomfields were able to successfully persuade Maidstone Borough Council that the proposal would not result in harm to the Kent Downs AONB and nearby Ancient Woodland.
