Permission Granted for the Erection of Stables and Sand School in the Kent Downs National Landscape

Bloomfields are delighted to have obtained full planning permission for the continued use of land for equestrian purposes, new vehicular access, creation of a sand school and the erection of an L-shaped stable building providing four stables, a hay barn, tack room, a spacious wash room and a feed and bedding store.

This permission has provided our clients with a suitable site to practise, exercise and care for their competition horses and enhance their passion in competing at both county and national level.

Bloomfields were able to successfully demonstrate that the proposal would not result in harm to the Kent Downs National Landscape or cause detrimental harm to nearby residential properties in this sensitive location.
