Wedding and events venue successfully secured following enforcement action

After enforcement proceedings were instigated by the Council, Bloomfields took over the case to regularise planning for an events and wedding venue. The venue had been operating successfully for a number of years, with the events held enabling the management of the ancient woodland and priority grassland at the site. Bloomfields successfully made the case that the venues symbiotic relationship with the woodland was a key to its success and negated the requirement for any onerous or restrictive conditions. Community, private and forest school use can continue at the site, all year round.
