Bloomfields has secured full permission for the erection of a summerhouse for our client in the garden of their property in Tonbridge, Kent.
Bloomfields had provided advice to the client that they were unable to utilise the benefits of Permitted Development Rights as this had been removed from their property under a condition of a previously approved application.
Regrettably, the client proceeded with a Permitted Development Rights application nonetheless, and this was subsequently refused. This course of action inevitably resulted in additional costs, but once Bloomfields were instructed to submit a full application for the erection of the summerhouse, the permission was granted.
