Bloomfields have successfully secured planning permission for the erection of a detached residential dwelling on a former builder’s yard. Bloomfields worked in collaboration with Potton Homes, specialist providers of self-build timber frame homes, to provide the applicants with a high quality, highly sustainable new residential dwelling to meet their personal needs.
Bloomfields were able to demonstrate that the new dwelling has been designed with regard to scale, appearance, footprint and layout to respect and raise the standard of the design in the locality generally, whilst improving relationships with neighbouring residential properties.
