Permission has been granted by Bromley Council for the removal of an agricultural occupancy condition. Following the successful grant of a lawful development certificate to prove non-compliance with the occupancy condition, a case was made by Bloomfields that the agricultural occupancy condition was no longer relevant to planning, enforceable or reasonable. The application was accompanied by a valuation of the property, which provided evidence that the dwelling was well beyond the economic reach of the conditions target audience. The removal of the condition has subsequently increased the value of the property significantly.
