Following the potential threat of enforcement action Bloomfields has obtained retrospective planning permission for the erection of a replacement double garage with room in the roof and a basement for ancillary residential use.
The scheme included details of a new access arrangement and significant landscaping to accommodate the larger replacement building. The scheme followed previous refusal at the site.
