Dover District Council have approved the conversion of a former dairy building into a single 5 bed dwelling.
Having obtained prior approval under Class Q earlier in the year, Bloomfields then prepared a full application for the change of use of the building, which enabled changes to the roof height, fenestration and the provision of cycle and parking facilities. The full permission will also enable the client to have a longer build-out time.
Our architectural team worked hard to create a design which met the requirements of the client without being constrained by the requirements of a Class Q permission. We are pleased to deliver a successful result to our client.
