National Landscape
The status of a National Landscape (previously called Area of Natural Beauty) is equivalent to that of a National Park and together they share the highest level of protection in relation to landscape and scenic beauty. If your property falls within a National Landscape, before commencing any development, you should seek professional advice. At Bloomfields, we work closely with the Local Planning Authority to ensure the development recognises the importance of the area alongside achieving what is possible for the client.
