Tim joined Lambert & Foster in 1994 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996. He became a Director of Lambert & Foster in 1999 and principally oversees the Planning and Building Surveying Departments of the firm. In 2013 he became a Director of Bloomfields. His expertise is in all aspects of building surveying, planning and development matters. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and a fully licenced member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

- An honours degree in Building Surveying – a course accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Full Chartered member of the RICS since 1996.
- RICS Registered Valuer.
- Fully licenced member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)
UNDER THE SPOTLIGHT
- Among the numerous residential schemes that Tim has obtained approval for, he has also been responsible for monitoring hybrid planning applications for major residential schemes, including a scheme for 375 houses.
- Tim’s knowledge in historic buildings and background in building surveying means he is well versed in advising on Listed properties. This has included working with all grades of Listed buildings.
- Tim is one of few people who can value property, negotiate option/promotion agreements over land or obtain planning permission himself for a variety of commercial and residential schemes. He then oversees the build of the proposal before co-ordinating an onward sale.
- In light of his experience in project management, Tim became the contract administrator following the planning approval of a substantial fruit packhouse and cold stores in North Kent.
- Having become the youngest Director at Lambert & Foster, Tim now oversees the managemen of Lambert & Foster and Bloomfields.
PERSONAL
- Achieved his Private Pilot’s Licence
- Has a collection of vintage tractors and is a keen shooter
- Assists with the Junior section of Marden Hockey Club
